Is it really free?
Yes, and there is no trial to expire. Spark is free forever: one child profile, 50 practice questions a month across English, Math and Science, the full adaptive engine, the maths and science daily games, and a monthly progress report. No card is asked for at any point, and nothing switches off after a fortnight.
Paid tiers start at S$12.99/mo per child, for when you want more questions, Chinese, the full analytics or the complete camps. If you never want them, staying on Spark is a perfectly normal thing to do.
What's the difference between the plans?
Three tiers, chosen per child rather than per account.
Spark — free. 50 questions a month, English, Math and Science, the maths and science daily games, and the monthly report.
Scholar — S$12.99/mo. 250 questions a month, plus Chinese, Learn to Read and Oral Practice included, the full analytics (mastery trends, syllabus coverage by subject, the peer pacing guide), boot camps and holiday packs in full, and 2 free practice papers per subject each year.
Champion — S$22.99/mo. No question limit, Coding and AI & Digital Literacy bundled in as well, 4 free papers per subject each year, and a weekly coaching report on top of the monthly one.
The plans page compares them row by row.
What happens when we use up the month's questions?
Practice pauses until the allowance resets at the start of your next billing month. Nothing is deleted, no overage is charged, and no card is asked for — you simply see a note instead of the next session.
For scale: 50 questions on Spark is five sessions, so about one a week; 250 on Scholar is a session most days of the month. Champion has no cap at all. The daily games, boot camp days, holiday packs and exam papers are all counted separately and never draw from the allowance, so a child who has hit the limit still has plenty left to open.
Which enrichment costs extra?
Two: Coding and AI & Digital Literacy, at S$4.99/mo per child each. Add either, both or neither from the child's profile card in Account, and remove them the same way.
On Scholar, Chinese, Learn to Read and Oral Practice are part of the S$12.99 — plan features, not purchases. Champion includes all four enrichment courses as well as Chinese, so there is nothing left to buy. Spark does not take add-ons at all — it samples them instead, which is covered under camps and packs below.
Add-ons are chosen per child, so buying Coding for one does not switch it on for a sibling. Removing one takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
